Search engine management clients are required to mail a letter
to TornadoPromotions.com,Inc. stating your wish to cancel our
monthly account management service. The letter must be signed
and dated for our records. Please mail letter to:

This notice must be given three weeks prior to your next billing
cycle. If notice is given within before three weeks of the next billing cycle, your service will
be canceled for the next month's billing. Search Engine set up
fees cannot be refunded once the account is set up. Monthly
management clients are billed a month after our services are
rendered.

can take longer than initially estimated time if client doesn't
provide content when scheduled and / or submits
unorganized content for the site design and
layout. All deposits made are non-refundable once
initial design process is underway. We will not be held
liable for any trademark / copyright infringements. All
changes requested after completion of site will be billed at a
hourly rate of $50.00.
TornadoPromotions.com,Inc. reserves the right to change/update
policy, services, and prices without liability.
